These terms cover use of the website elemental-photography.co.uk. They are not the contract for a photography booking. If you book a shoot, we will agree the job, the fee and the licence with you separately.

Using the site
You may browse the site for information about our work. Do not misuse it. That includes trying to break it, scraping it in a way that overloads it, or posting unlawful material through the enquiry form or the chat.
We may change or remove pages without notice. We do not promise that the site will always be available.
Photographs and other content
Unless we say otherwise, the words and pictures on this site are © Elemental Photography Ltd. You may not copy, republish or reuse a photograph, video or page without a licence from us.
A booking does not, by itself, give you the right to use the pictures on this website. The licence for pictures we take for you is the one we agree for that job.
Our names, logo and the photographs are protected by copyright and, where relevant, trade mark law.
Links
The site links to other websites, including our social profiles and the print shop. Those sites are not ours. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
Print shop
Print orders are taken on shop.elemental-photography.co.uk, which is a separate shop run on SpreadSimple. If you buy a print there, that order is governed by SpreadSimple’s terms and privacy policy, not by these terms.
Liability
We take care over what we publish, but the site is general information. It is not advice for your particular job.
We are not liable for loss that was not a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms, or for loss caused by you relying on the site as a substitute for a quote. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that English law does not allow us to exclude.
Nothing on the site limits your statutory rights.
Privacy
How we handle personal information is set out in the privacy policy and the cookie policy.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will hear disputes, except that you may also have the right to bring a claim in the part of the UK where you live.
